Functional Fitness

Functional Strength movements with accessory exercises. Session will include a variety of equipment along with bodyweight movement. The focus of the class is to work on functional fitness.

 

BootCamp 

This class will make you sweat! It’s a non-stop total body workout with body weight and range of motion exercises, with the occasional fun workout equipment-tires, sleds, ropes, etc. This class includes strength and cardio conditioning.

 

Total Body

Total Body Strength movements with accessory exercises. Session will include a variety of weights and equipment, along with bodyweight movements. Focus of the class is to work on strength training.

Core Strength

Get abs of steel by taking this hard-core class! Focus is on strengthening the core, increasing stability and balance, and functional core strength.

 

Intervals

Let’s get that heart rate up! Interval training is you against the clock. The workout has short rest periods and will be run as Tabata, AMRAP or EMOM. Focus is on conditioning and endurance.

 

Circuits

A series of stations working on strength, conditioning and core.Focus will be on strength conditioning and cardio.

Boxing

It’s you and the bag. A great way to work off stress and get a total body workout. Learn various techniques to hitting the bag. Focus of the class is cardio conditioning
